The Colliefields - Hotel & Backpacker Accommodation
The Colliefields is undergoing a revamp and our renovated and updated Accommodation is NOW open for your booking with a fabulous new look and a fabulous friendly and comfortable atmosphere.
The Accommodation is the first stage of a five stage plan with work continuing on our fabulous Brasserie and Gourmet Provedore to showcase quality produce and products and boutique wines, beers and other beverages, from Collie and the surrounding districts.
Hotel and backpacker accommodation is now available with double and single rooms with ensuite and Double, Twin, Family and Single Rooms with shared facilities.
All rooms have Free WiFi, Digital TV and Electric Blankets.
Hotel rooms also have a Fridge with complimentary water and Tea & Coffee Facilitilies.
Our comfortable Guest Lounge has a large screen digital TV, microwave, kettle and sink - perfect for workers and visitors alike.
It won't be long now until you will be able to relax in our Brasserie with gourmet coffees, teas, food and beverages and fabulous food. A Brasserie is a place where people congregate to enjoy simple but tasty food in a convivial atmosphere served with generous hospitality. In the country it would be called an Auberge and focus on fresh produce. We're not following suit with the name - but we will be focusing on the fresh local produce
AND - we will be including................
a FABULOUS al fresco area to relax and watch the world go by while you sample our delights.

A Gourmet Provedore - showcasing boutique wine, beer etc, products and produce from Collie and the surrounding districts. We want to offer a tourist bureau for produce and products and promote the producers, enticing visitors to extend their journey and explore the beautiful region and sample what's on offer.
